Q. How do I make a request for a refund or exchange?
A. At Fresh Fruit Baskets, it is our goal to ensure that every customer and gift recipient is completely satisfied with our fresh fruit products. If you (or your gift recipient) are not 100% delighted with your selection, please contact our Customer Service Specialists to request a replacement or refund. Q. When will my credit card be refunded?
A. Your card will be refunded within 30 days from the date we receive your return.


Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. At Fresh Fruit Baskets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service Specialists at 1-888-710-8818 and report it immediately. We'll take the time to ensure your satisfaction.


Q. I want to change or cancel my order; is that possible?
A. If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes for cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
